Website doesn't show how many people are online

Well it used to show how many people are online, but now I think it's glitched because nothing shows up in that green bar. Fix it please! Normally if someone else is online then I would most likely go online as well.

If you go on the downloads page it shows you, just not on the home page for some reason.

Home page won't show it because of a bug with the popup. choose another page and it will show (downloads/register etc)
